About
When a monsoon storm sits over a province, the answer to "is my area at risk right now?" is scattered across a dozen agency dashboards. SIAHRA puts it in one place: each of Thailand's 77 provinces rendered as navigable 3D terrain, with real elevation, satellite imagery, rivers and roads, and live hazard data laid over it. GISTDA flood extent, ThaiWater river gauges, TMD rain radar, dam storage and earthquakes cross-checked across USGS, EMSC and TMD, with Sentinel-1 flood scenes and an illustrative depth model on a timeline you can scrub. Local authorities see how much of their area is under water. Every panel says when its data was fetched, so nothing looks more current or more certain than it is. It runs at the edge on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects, and works the same on a phone.
