The Challenge
About this Project
xpLORe is a Lifestyle Super App developed under PTT Oil and Retail Business (OR), designed to unify the Blue Card loyalty program and Blue Connect application into a single, seamless platform. The app aggregates exclusive deals, rewards, and services from OR's retail ecosystem, including PTT stations, Café Amazon, and partner merchants, to drive engagement and retention across OR's customer base.

The Problem
OR's loyalty touchpoints were fragmented across two separate apps, Blue Card and Blue Connect creating redundant onboarding flows, inconsistent UI patterns, and a disjointed experience for users who needed to switch between them. Deal discovery was buried, and engagement outside of fuel transactions was low.
The Solution
xpLORe consolidates both apps under one unified experience, with a redesigned information architecture that surfaces relevant deals contextually, simplifies point management, and creates a cohesive visual identity aligned with OR's brand direction.
Design Process / Approach
Discovery Audited existing Blue Card and Blue Connect apps to identify UX debt, inconsistency patterns, and drop-off points. Mapped user journeys across key tasks: point redemption, deal browsing, and account management. Information Architecture Restructured navigation to reduce depth and eliminate redundant entry points across the two legacy apps. Defined a unified tab structure that scales across OR's expanding service categories.
UI Design Designed end-to-end screens in Figma — covering onboarding, home feed, deal detail, loyalty dashboard, and profile. Established a component library aligned with OR's design system for consistency at scale.

Prototyping & Handoff Built interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and usability validation. Prepared developer-ready specs with annotated components, spacing tokens, and interaction states.
